About Dean Fullerton
Strategic HR Consultant
With over 15 years of HR Consultant experience, Dean focuses on building meaningful partnerships and delivering impactful results. He is recognized for his pragmatic approach to business operations and human resources leadership, specializing in fractional and interim HR leadership, compensation & benefits planning, overseeing implementation of payroll and HRIS systems, auditing and mentoring junior HR professionals. His background spans multiple industries including chemicals, oil and gas, mining, non-profit, medical devices, transportation and aerospace.
In 2009, Dean founded Human Resource Advisors, LLC offering retained or project-based HR consulting services. His reputation for delivering effective HR solutions gained traction. Dean's comprehensive experience, commitment to mentoring, and dedication to excellence make him a trusted and valuable asset to any organization.​
Dean has served as a guest adjunct professor to a business school and volunteers at Mission NE and the Houston Food Bank. In his spare time he enjoys exercising, time with his wife, grandchildren, two dogs and being an active member of his community church.
