Dean is an HR Consultant with more than 15 years in HR consulting. He is passionate about building genuine partnerships and driving results that make a difference. Dean’s pragmatic approach to HR leadership has made him a trusted resource for fractional and interim HR roles, compensation and benefits planning, payroll and HRIS implementation, and HR audits — and he takes pride in mentoring rising HR talent. He's applied his expertise across a diverse range of industries, including chemicals, oil and gas, mining, non-profit, medical devices, transportation, and aerospace.
Dean's Story

Dean founded Human Resource Advisors, LLC in 2009 to close that gap.

Dean has served as a guest adjunct professor at SUNY Brockport, NY, passing his expertise on to the next generation of business leaders, and he's actively invested in his community — volunteering with Mission NE and the Houston Food Bank. When he's not working, you'll find him staying active, spending time with his wife, grandchildren, and two dogs, and showing up as an engaged member of his church community.
