I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Dean Fullerton, who served as a dedicated HR Director. I worked with him for the past 2 years in my position as Senior HR Associate. As HR Director, Dean Fullerton was always motivated to improve both the company and the employee experience. It was an honor to have Dean in our HR Team. During his time with NCS, he led the implementation of our new HR LMS. He led the team through complex, long-term projects, ensuring all milestones were met. He remained disciplined, results oriented and focused. In addition to this, he revamped our recognition program and PTO policy, significantly improving our HR operations. His work is of the highest quality, and he would be a tremendous asset to any team. This can be exemplified by the example of HR LMS that was put into place. Dean is a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future.
